On February 2nd, 2025, in Kolkata, at "Axis Mall, Major Arterial Road (South-East), CF Block (Newtown), Action Area 1C, New Town, West Bengal 700156," we ordered a vegetarian dish from "Moti Mahal Delux" located in the food court. However, the chef mistakenly cooked and mixed non-vegetarian items into the biryani and hided this truth with us . <br> <br>We 3 are strict vegetarians out of four and when all took 1 or 2 spoonful then we realized that small pieces of bone were mixed in with the Biryani. <br> <br>I have all the evidence to support this claim. This incident will be highlighted on all the social media to bring attention to this 3rd class service. I will recommend everyone not to take any veg item from this restaurant . <br> <br>As a token of apology , Restaurant said they will refund the money . This is non sense statement given to me from the MOTI MAHAL DELUX situated in " "Axis Mall, Major Arterial Road (South-East), CF Block (Newtown), Action Area 1C, New Town, West Bengal 700156" <br> <br>It has been 18 days since the incident, and I have still not received a refund. The deceptive service your company is offering is unacceptable. How can you serve non-vegetarian biryani when customers specifically order vegetarian dishes, such as veg pulao or veg biryani? This is completely unacceptable. <br> <br>I advise all vegetarians to avoid purchasing anything from this corrupt restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
