We're regulars at the rustle nest but the experience we had today was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. We had ordered a speghetti in pesto sauce and a chicken hummus bowl. The spafhetti was overcooked and took more than 20 minutes to be served and the piece of garlic bread served was chewy and not fresh. After asking about it multiple times, we were told that the kitchen was being cleaned (in the middle of the day???) thus orders were taking time (if that were the case, why weren't we informed beforehand)After waiting for 40 minutes the hummus bowl arrived with chicken drier than the Sahara.Absolute BS service and food.

Very rude and ill mannered! We asked the "main" waiter for a table, and he said there were none. So, we asked him how long should it take for us to get a table for two?! His response - There are others waiting too!!! Not a response I expected from a restaurant. Govt. offices of late treat people better. So, I asked, so how long does he reckon it would take, and he said he didn't know! Well, with this attitude, the place is not going to rustle much longer. P.s. Don't hand over your car to the valet. They are equally bad with your car. Service: 1
