I am writing this to make you beware of your decision. Pure truth in every line. (Update: My earphone worth 5k was missing from the room. Nobody paid any heed to try to find it out. Reception staff behaviour was also rude wrt this.) - Service is pathetic. Staff is not at all of helping nature. Even they increase your trouble. In front of my eyes, two customers were shouting to the staff for improper service. - Rooms are the worst, doesn't even justify half of the price. Not better than a good Oyo hotel. - They have written a price in rooms food chart and charging another higher price for which they are not even giving the bills. You can guess where the black money is coming from. - No hot water. - Only 1 towel. - No bathroom mat. I was about to slide and hit my head. Basically you would be an idiot if u choose this hotel for your stay. God bless you. Service: 1
