Eating at this restaurant with a wonderful view of Aga Khan Palace will be a beautiful experience for customers. All the guests like the menu that offers great Chinese and Thai cuisines at Baan Tao. Come here for nicely cooked garlic prawns, thai chicken and som tam if you are hungry. Tasting good panna cotta, strawberry ice cream and cheesecakes is what most visitors advise. Delicious indian wine, cordial or beer are waiting for you at this place. Visit this place and order great jasmine tea, matcha or Chinese tea.
You can enjoy live music in the evening. The creative staff welcomes people all year round. The terrific service is a big plus of this spot. You will pay democratic prices for your meal. Had been there last week with Family and a guest staying on hotel itself, Chose this restaurant as all family member wanted to have Thai/chainies food, Looking at the +4 rating on google chose 'Baan Tao' however experience was completely opposite. Service was awful, very lukewarm response, food was average, it was just ok (nothing exiting out it). Definitely this restaurant can not come even in top 20 Asian restaurants in pune. While doing payment their 1st they did not accept American expresses card, I gave my ICICI credit card, then card machine was NOT working, they were insisting on doing payment via Gpay, went to reception and made the payment after calling restaurant manager. The only good part was ambiance however if service and food is not good, ambiance can not do much help. Giving 1 star for ambiance and parking facility. Parking: Valet parking was good. Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to any food, Please avoid, I doubt they will listen to your instruction. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
