Aarish- manager at Baan Tao denied the entry at 11.20 pm when we had done a reservation for 11.15 pm. “ kitchen is closed” was is first reaction. When the entry had to be denied then why did they even have an open slot for 11.15 pm which I booked through Zomato. The occasion was spoilt. Later when I told him that i am an in-house guest then Mr. Aarish did ask us to stay back. Didn’t except this from Hyaat Pune. Never gonna recommend it to anyone.

A good place to relax, great food and excellent service by Ms. Kichundin and Mr. Harsh. Also by the lovely lady at the desk in the lift lobby outside the restaurant today evening :) Thank you for a wonderful experience!
