The restaurant is situated on the 7th floor of Tower-C in the Panchshil Tech Park (Don Bosco School Rd, Yerwada) in Pune. The rooftop / terrace seating gives a pleasant view of the city and a relaxed al-fresco vibe. Reviewed as “a roof-top getaway” with good outdoor seating. The décor mixes indoor and outdoor lounge-style seating, with planters, soft lighting, and a slightly upscale feel. If you’re looking for a rooftop experience in Pune with friends/family, want a buffet with variety, want a view and don’t mind spending a bit, this is a good option. If you’re budget minded and price vs quality is your top concern, you might want to compare with other buffet options nearby. Evening dinner or Sunday brunch on a nice day would give the best ambience. If you go at lunch on a weekday, it may be quieter and more relaxed. Exotica AKA Zafraan is definitely one of the more premium buffet/rooftop dining options in Pune with strong ambience and choice.
