I recently visited Hapaa - Asian Stir in Kalyani Nagar, and while I didn’t try a lot from the menu, I did get a chance to try their sushi — and I’m glad I did. The place has a really pleasant vibe — a mix of modern and earthy aesthetics with a calm, casual energy that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your meal slowly. As a vegetarian, I’m usually a little cautious when it comes to sushi, but Hapaa’s menu clearly marks veg options, which made it easier to choose. I tried their veg sushi platter, and it was fresh, well-rolled, and beautifully presented. The flavors were subtle yet balanced, and the textures were spot-on — from the softness of the rice to the crunch of the veggies. It felt thoughtfully made, not just an afterthought for vegetarians.
