I recently visited Hapaa - Asian Stir in Kalyani Nagar, and while I didn’t try a lot from the menu, I did get a chance to try their sushi — and I’m glad I did. As a vegetarian, I’m usually a little cautious when it comes to sushi, but Hapaa’s menu clearly marks veg options, which made it easier to choose. I tried their veg sushi platter, and it was fresh, well-rolled, and beautifully presented. The flavors were subtle yet balanced, and the textures were spot-on — from the softness of the rice to the crunch of the veggies. It felt thoughtfully made, not just an afterthought for vegetarians. The staff was friendly and attentive, and even though I only ordered one item, they didn’t rush the service or make it feel transactional.
