Buffet is a joke here. Absolutely no options. 1 paneer 1 veg subji. 1 pasta. Rest all basics roti rice & dal. No dessert counter. No live counter. No option in subji, rice, starters, etc. That's it. And no cleanliness in the place. We reached at 2 o'clock in noon. The people who previously had buffet might have spilled some food in buffet area which was kept as it is. I was shocked and was in disbelief that is this really sheraton hotel? The food trays were soiled with food which was dropped by others. It felt like a langar was completed there and things were left as it is. Looked really pathetic. I had booked through zomato so booking amount I paid went in vain. I was ok to leave that amount rather than eating there.

We had a wonderful experience at The Eatery Restaurant. The food was very tasty, freshly prepared, and served with great care. We truly enjoyed our time there. A special mention to Mr. Santosh, who was extremely humble and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We really appreciate his hospitality and would definitely love to visit again.
