I visited The Great Kabab Factory on a Sunday night for dinner and had an underwhelming experience. For 1450+taxes in a 5 star hotel, the variety of food was poor. Our meal started with the tomato shorba which was extremely pungent. It was followed by the Galouti kebabs which were very good. The only good dish of the night. After this, paneer tikka, pineapple tikka, aloo tikka, malai broccoli and mushroom kebab followed but all of them were very average. Nothing to remember with very mild taste.The main course had paneer butter masala and mushroom mutter along with rice, dal and biryani. The paneer was good. However the mushroom had too much salt and biryani was tasteless. The Salan served with it was horrible and ruined the taste. The chaas was way too watery.For the desserts there was gulab jamun, barfi and rasgulla. They gave me a scoop of chocolate ice cream when I requested. All the desserts were very average and definitely not the quality you would expect in Radisson. The service was fine. Manager was nice and responsive to our requests and was open to feedback. Hope they work on the flavours in their food and the variety in their offerings.
