Regarding the lobster, our team did inform you that the dish was unavailable at that moment as the available stock had been allocated to regular guests who had pre-ordered their preferred dishes in advance. Unfortunately, this was not communicated clearly enough to you, and for that lapse in communication, we sincerely apologize.We are also sorry to hear about the delay in service and that the pasta did not meet our quality standards or your expectations. This is certainly not the experience we wish any of our guests to have, and we will be addressing these concerns with our culinary and service teams to ensure better consistency and communication going forward.At Le Dupleix, we firmly believe in inclusivity, hospitality, and delivering the best possible food and service to every guest.
