Their service, the presentation of the food and the food itself are not up to the standard.
No attention to the details, long waiting times, average food and very poorly presented. All of this does not make the dining experience at Le Duplex something you would like to repeat.
I strongly advise the management to invest some time in better training and upgrade the personnel as well as to run a quality check.
