La Maison Rose is a complex of three businesses in a historic French villa located in Puducherry. It consists of an excellent restaurant called Coromandel Cafe, a high-end clothing and accessories boutique, and a very good bookshop. The cafe serves a fusion menu with a long list of cocktails and liqueurs. The ambience of the cafe is very pristine and high end with both outdoor and indoor seating. The staff is polite and the service is good, however it can be slow at times. The food is tasty and the prices are on the higher side but worth it. Parking is not available but road side parking is nearby. Overall, La Maison Rose is a great place to visit for a quiet meal with a wonderful ambience.

Pathetic experience, avoid this place. 1. Service so slow that you will lose your appetite waiting for the good 2. Average food, once it arrives 45 mins later 3. Rude servers - seem like they are being tortured to serve there. Forget about a smile, their responses to any questions feels like an unpleasant exchange. Oh and if you are a family with kids, please don’t make the mistake of going here. Our 3 year old was making some noise (as any toddler would).. we were rudely asked to shut her up by the waiter followed by the manager telling us we should “control our child”. No guests had complained and it’s not a Michelin star that it should throw this much attitude. Anyway, regret going here. Avoid. Instead, go to an amazing iced tea bar 5 steps from this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

Both La Maison Rose and Coromandel cafe are same. La Maison Rose is the street name and hence this resturant is known by this name too. Resturant is a old judge quarter and renovated beautifully, good is fantastic too. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommended dishes: Goat Cheese Pizza, Garlic Bread, Cheesecake Slice, Tiramisu Cake Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable
