Laziest packing staff, never reads a customers note, last time I'm buying from here, the sugar never melts in ur waffles. It's like biting sugar and chocolate.

very bad service.not even send 1 spoon. at midnight we are searching for one single spoon. please think about your customers. if we are paying that much of amount and in return we are not getting proper kind of service. not expected from such kind of brands need more attention to details . very very bad experience . will never order again from this brand. my sundae totally melted because I was searching for spoon. and then that tastes very bad. totally spoiled my weekend
