The food at 99 Pancakes was good, no complaints about the taste or quality. However, the service was extremely poor and completely ruined the experience. We had to wait for around 30 minutes just to place an order because the person handling the counter was busy on a phone call and was not paying attention to customers at all. Even after standing near the counter multiple times, we were ignored. On top of that, they kept insisting on their Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer instead of focusing on taking the order properly. This outlet is located in a very developed area, so such bad service was really surprising and disappointing. At a location like this, one would expect excellent service, but unfortunately, it was a very bad experience overall. Good food, but very poor service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
