I’ve been a customer of Belgian Waffels for many years but today’s experience at the Chowpatty Outlet wad utterly unacceptable. I ordered a red velvet waffle, but when I took my first bite, it was incredibly hard. I promptly complained at the counter, but the staff member dismissed my concerns, claiming that this was how Belgian waffles were made. Despite my repeated explanations that I’m no stranger to Belgian waffles, he refused to take any action and displayed a highly inappropriate and unprofessional demeanor. It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior from a person that represent Belgium waffles. Food: 1 Service: 1
