Google should start giving options for negative rating ... Even Being cafe you are expected to carry your order upstairs yourselves unlike other Theobroma outlets I have visited ....I kept on looking for self service board you guys are charging 18% on taxes .... Shrikant told we are self-service outlet only .... Again I failed to see self service board... Not my first visit to Theobroma but extremely disappointed visiting this outlet and you guys have put me off from Theobroma forever... If I wasn't in hurry to have something before long meeting I would have definitely cancelled order ... Either close this outlet or change staff ... Also beware, Combo Offers are only on select products .... Staff attitude is worst than Govt employees.... I used to look forward to visiting Theobroma outlets earlier... Guess you guys don't appreciate regular customers.... Service: Dine in
