The overall quality of the food has noticeably gone down over time, and the same goes for the service. Things used to run more smoothly when the original couple was managing the place. Lately, there’s a new person at the counter who doesn’t seem very interested in addressing customer feedback.Issues brought up usually don’t make it to the kitchen the way they’re supposed to. Even when something’s sent back to be fixed, it often comes out with the same problems. Quality concerns keep showing up, and nothing really improves.Hopefully, some attention is given to these problems soon. Food quality shouldn’t suffer just because of a careless or unmotivated approach.
