If you are going strictly for the flavors, Sriracha does not disappoint. The authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes were outstanding—truly a "hats off" moment for the chef. * Dietary Friendly: They offer a fantastic range of dietary-specific options. * Drink Menu: The mocktail selection is creative and well-executed. * Vibe: The ambience is beautifully designed, making it a visually pleasant place to dine. The Lowlights: Operational Delays. While the food was 5-star quality, the service and professionalism lagged behind. * Unprepared Start: We arrived for lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Even though the restaurant was officially open, the staff was still in the middle of setting up and getting dressed. We were made to wait simply because the team wasn't ready to take orders. * Pacing: Overall service was quite slow throughout the meal. It is a decent place with high-quality cuisine, but the management needs to ensure the staff is "floor-ready" by the time the doors open.
