A true disappointment in all sense. Service and food was below par. Not something you would expect from brand ITC. We ordered diced chicken with bamboo shoot-Prawn schezwan fried rice and Chicken Sui mui. Diced chicken was deep fried and sauced in typical Chinese style. But the chicken was over fried, salty. We were offered replacement but even that the chicken twas dry as bone. There was evidently over use of corn flour. Sticky mess! The chef said that’s how it’s done. The prawn fried was alright - not something you’d expect at 700 bucks. The wait staff had no knowledge on the menu items. We stay about 500 mts from this restaurant but I would never visit this place again.

It was an unfortunate day for ITC Welcomhotel as the Mahjong Room was entirely empty and we were seated in the all day dining where there were some people. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was quite disappointing. We ordered a soup which was so-so, but not fantastic. We ordered a shrimp hargao which was also middling. We've had better hargao in other restaurants. We ordered mixed vegetable stir fry and thought it would be basically stir fried. Unfortunately, it was covered in a batter that made the stir fry almost like a Gobi Manchurian. It was definitely very sad to see this large, well decorated space with a huge buffet spread totally empty.
