This is a fantastic resturant, that serves delicious, costal cuisine. The food and the gradients are of premium quality. The behaviour of the staffs are very polite, measured and homely. I have visited the place several times since 2013 and never became disappointed. Everytime I returned with a vow to come back and taste their other items. Tamarind Restaurant has been around in Kolkata for a very long time. Very good food. Friendly and efficient staff. Food is reasonably priced. We had a kabab platter, mutton stew, appam and mocktails. One of those rare restaurants where one gets mineral water priced at Rs 20/- per bottle!
