Terrible terrible service and behavior of staff alongside, they don't have most of the items listed. I have been eating in this chain since 2014, used to like it very much. Then shifted to Delhi. After long I came in this branch, it was literally a shock to me how and at what level it has deteriorated. They bluntly refused to give 1 PC of roti or radhaballavi, they said either take 6pcs or leave it. I, insulted, had to leave the restaurant. Even more insulted, I brought my wife and inlaws from North India to try here since I used to like eating here. I am a doctor myself, and felt insulted on the things happened here. Excellent food from the restaurant Bhojohori Manna. The size of the Bhetki Roll is large with great taste. The packaging charge is low. The price tag of the items is moderate compared with quality.
