Horrible experience during Durga Puja Saptami Lunch. As usual, they offer only fixed thali during last 5 days of Durga Puja. We generally go with family and friends to enioy. All the items are little expensive during these 5 days but nobody hesitates to spend. Non-Veg Thali price is Rs.1150+taxes. Not a single item was served hot/warm. Bagda Prawn was not served, it was Galda of 50-60 grams looked like having polio, only 4 pieces of cooked mutton bones were served in 2 thali. Pabda fish was so small, we could only managed bones. A complete shocker from such a good restaurant brand. Completely disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
