no problem with chai break. but the delivery partner did not give me the change. and since I didn't have the change... he said the onus is on the customer to provide the change else he has to take the food back. it is the prerogative of the customer to leave a tip or not...but ordering from zomato has become a pain just due to the behaviour of their delivery people.
