Placed order but you will never receive the order because of poor delivery management as the delivery partner happily stays in his house and the workers will eat your meal at the restaurant for what you have paid. The restaurant switches off the phones to avoid problems. This problem must be addressed. Placed order at 5:00pm and still has not received. it’s 6:28pm right now. good job taco bell Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Super disappointed with the service and quality of food here. Right from the beginning, the person at counter wasn’t accepting my order and made me wait around 4 minutes, despite there being no crowd or customers ahead. He was just chatting with his colleagues. Had ordered Crispy chicken taco which was decent. Cinnamon twist had no flavour in it and tasted like bland papad. Pepsi was flat, had no fizz and tasted just of flavoured water. What angered me was another receptionist who was also the person packing food, going to scratch his hairy scalp repeatedly! No gloves, no hair cover. No one bothered to greet, talk, welcome or even explain about any dish when asked. Food: 2 Service: 1

The food was cold and not crispy. They also didn't allow us to pay via the Zomato District app. The app showed a 10% discount on the total bill, and we applied it—around ₹50 to ₹80 was deducted from our bill of ₹435. However, the billing person refused to accept payment through the app, claiming the offer was not valid for combo meals. Very disappointed Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
