Grabbed a caramel latte and a cookie, paid up, and then dude at the counter’s like, Can I just take 40 bucks cause I don’t have change. Didn’t even ask if I had any he just hit me with the sad face to try and keep it. I didn’t have change either so had to let it go. Someone needs to teach this guy some customer service before he’s put on the counter seriously. I’m okay with tipping but this just feels like they’re pushing us to do it. Service: Delivery

Asked for a caramel mocha. The person at the counter mimicked my manner of speaking. Did not use gloves. Squeezed a lot of caramel Hershey syrup into the cup. As I walked away with the cup, he banged the table as if to show he was killing it or everything was too easy for him. I couldn't finish the mocha as it was too sweet and the caramel syrup was overpowering. The person manning the shop needs retraining on making coffee and serving customers.
