This is the greatest spot near Appararao gallerirs. If you're Italian and Mexican cuisine lover, come here. Here you will be able to order nicely cooked chicken wings, taro and Pepperoni. A lot of visitors order good beer. This bar offers you delicious tea.
Coco Maya is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are affordable. At this place, guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance and beautiful decor. But most clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Rude ManagementI had a fantastic experience at Coco Maya last week, so I was excited to return with my friends. Unfortunately, this time was an utter disappointment.I had booked our table via Zomato, which offered a 30% discount if the bill was settled before 10 PM. At 9:40 PM, I requested the bill, expecting a smooth process. However, despite multiple follow-ups, it was past 10 PM, and we still hadn’t received it. When I asked for the manager, Mr. Velu, his response was shockingly rude. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he blamed me for not asking earlier—how does that even make sense?When the bill finally arrived, I noticed that he had only applied a 20% discount instead of 30%. I had to send it back to be corrected, and once again, there was no apology, no sense of accountability—just a dismissive attitude that completely ruined the mood.To make things worse, we had also ordered shisha. Their menu states that it is available for three hours, but with all the billing delays and mismanagement, we barely got to enjoy it. We politely requested an extension of just 15–20 minutes to lighten the atmosphere, but they outright refused. The restaurant was open until 11:45 PM, and it wasn’t like they needed the shisha for another table. It was just sheer unwillingness to accommodate.Throughout this experience, Mr. Velu showed no remorse, no courtesy, and didn’t offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of the evening was Mr. Arjun Pradhan, who was extremely helpful and served us well.Overall, Coco Maya needs to seriously reconsider their management’s attitude towards customer service. A restaurant is not just about food and ambiance—it’s about hospitality, and that was completely missing here. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.
