Terrible experience – from food to service to billing.I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is well-earned. I visited this place and had one of the worst dining experiences in a long time.The staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional and extremely bad at service, especially the manager who was dismissive and arrogant when we raised a concern and ignored my concern.On top of that, the staff kept bothering multiple times to pay the bill and leave even when we were on the dance floor, going out or anywhere in the club.The food was average at best , undercooked with no taste.On top of that, they added a 10% "Staff Contribution" (a.k.a. service charge). When we asked them to remove it due to extremely bad service, they reduced our discount from 25% to 15% as a penalty. Seriously? Such unethical billing practices.The entire billing process felt shady and manipulative.This place delivers zero in value, hospitality, or ethics. Never visit this place again , spend your time and money somewhere more respectful and worth it.

They doesn't even have mouth freshener/saunf to offer after dinner/meals. They add 10% amount of the total bill as a staff contribution and didn't even have basic things like saunf after having meals. Drinks are massively overpriced as per the ambiance and overall vibe of the place. I don't recommend this place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
