I usually love McDonald's, and I've tried many outlets, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. The staff were extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Their service was incredibly slow, and even though I placed only one order, three different staff members came to ask me about the same order. One person would come to the ordering machine, then another, then someone else asked again before my order was finally processed. It showed a complete lack of coordination and wasted my time. I genuinely love McDonald's burgers, which is why I keep coming back, but this outlet was a huge disappointment. The staff's attitude and slow service made the entire experience frustrating. I hope management provides better training and improves customer service because this outlet does not reflect the standard I expect from McDonald's. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
