As this is QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain , their outlets are available over PAN India. Focus on speed and efficiency in service and food preparation. Mc Allo tikki is my favourite along with softy with cone. As this is a US based foreign brand, having advanced in technology. Some of their restaurants have self ordered kiosks.
