We visited the 3B2 Mohali outlet today and unfortunately, the experience was extremely unhygienic. When we asked for plates, we were given ones that were not clean at all – they were visibly dirty and even wet. To make matters worse, the same staff members were handling floor wipers and cleaning the floor, then directly moving to cooking and serving without washing their hands. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. Because of this, we were not even comfortable asking for tissues or anything else, knowing that everything was being handled without proper cleanliness. On top of that, the burger we got packed for takeaway along with our order was burnt from the top, something we only noticed after reaching home. Sadly, the 3B2 outlet has consistently been disappointing. wWe will not be visiting it again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this outlet a while ago. Small cozy outlet in 3b2 market. As always the Donuts were amazing. We also tried the blueberry pastry slice (9.5/10) and mango pudding (8.5/10) Along w it we tried one of their freshers and loved that as well. People serving were super sweet and kind as well. Definitely recommend.
