cash counter lady doesn't know how to greet customers and the attitude is on different level , i think training should be given regarding hospitality because as customer i get the first impression of your service through your staff. Service: Takeaway Service: 1

Received non veg item instead of veg in saawan. Definitely would not recommend as the response to the same from the staff was also pretty weak. All three of us are vegetarian and one of us bit into it, there should have been proper compensation but since all of us are non confrontational, we did not argue and received a subpar response to what is a serious issue and could have been made bigger in turn. Pretty disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
