I've been to the place today and I've had awful experience. I placed my order for take away and I was charged 270 as per the reflected price which I paid there and then. After waiting for the order to be packed the store represetative told me to pay ₹10 extra for take away. I would like to add that I have been to a lot of cafes and renowned restaurants and I have never been charged extra for take away. This is the worse experience I have ever had and worse service you could privide to your customer. Also the place in Mohali is a small one and was extremely suffocating to sit inside in this scorching heat obviously I would not sit inside in the mid noon. Secondly, If I was to pay an extra amount, I should have been informed the same whilr placing the order why I was asked for it when I went inside to collect my order? The other concern I have is the pirtion size of the waffle and ice-crea. The waffle was over-priced for the size it was served and obviously I know when you order ice-cream along with waffle you have to pay extra however, the ice-cream that was packed was literally half scoop which I belive did not justify the amount I paid overall. I have had waflles before as well this wasn't my first but I am sure having it from The Beligian Waffle co was first and the last and would not recommend it any one in my known. The new staff is absolutely incompetent, this happened to me twice i gave my student id for 20% and while billing the girl at the cash counter said oops i forgot, i excused her once but it happened again today. 350 was the total bill and 20% off is 280. It makes a huge difference especially for us students. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
