Ordered black forest cake from Swiggy. The white icing (flower shape) was stale and tasted sour. Surprisingly, the past orders from Theobroma have always been fresh and great. But this was a big disappointment. Completely spoilt the mood. Not expected when you are paying a premium for getting a quality item. Worst experience today. Not delivering the cake and not even refund the money . Thank you at the end I book porter my self to pickup the cake.. For the future .i’ll just give you one suggestion.before delivering the cake match the GPS address and manually address. Or confirm the address by calling Service: Delivery Service: 1
