I have been a regular customer to this outlet despite the issue of AC not working all the time. But today i had too much and i have decided to never visit this outlet again. I used to dine in there, pay at the end and leave. The front desk guy would always ask for my number and i would always politely decline. Today after i had my meal, he forced me to order via a QR code. On scanning the QR code it asked for my number. I asked the front desk guy that its asking for my number. I want to pay in a regular way via his system. He argued with me for 15 mins that i should have told this earlier, now there is no other way to pay. He doesn't have the authority to change the system now. It got resolved only when another employee intervened and the order was processed via his system only. This front desk guy was always rude but i kept minding my business, but not anymore. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
