When we visited Spice Factory recently, we received excellent service, and the staff was very much cooperative. For non-alcoholic guests, there’s a separate arrangement on the top floor under the open sky. The prices are a bit high, but it’s better to go for non-veg dishes — they’re definitely worth it. Overall, the ambience is fantastic and totally worth spending money on. Pro Tip: We booked a table for 9 people through Zomato Dining and got even more benefits!!
