Heavily disappointed! Ordered two McSpicy Paneer Burgers as takeout. Came home to realise one had cheese and one did not. Can we not trust McDonald’s to even get our orders right!!? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

The quantity of mcflurry is lesser than the standards and on speaking to some employee called Aditya he said you may go ahead and complain to whoever you want. Meanwhile 2 staff in the background were busy fighting amongst themselves.Even on informing that this isn't the way to deal with customers the staff clearly stated do whatever you want and that I don't care. On asking for his name and picture the staff was posing for the picture. Shows how I'll managed and untrained staff the outlet has and no senior manager to take ownership. Not going into the delay in delivering the order or the self ordering kiosk not working .Also attaching the picture of Aditya's picture and how casually he's posing when informed that this will be highlighted to senior management .The two staff behind clearly shows the level of training and staff management McDonald's Balewadi clearly lacks. Also attaching the picture of the mcflurry which clearly shows that the quantity is less than the standards and how pathetically and unappealing it looks like.
