Always crowded especially on weekends. The service was good and quality of food was also good. The washroom can be kept more clean, it was smelling more because the male urinal and female washroom are combined. Being a weekend the usage of the bathroom was way too much , can't blame the outlet alone because people who visit the place also need to put efforts to keep it clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

I don't know why but the staff was not very helpful to me. They were helping other and smiling but when it came to me they didn't put any effort. I order their new big yummy cheese burger which was served normally but when the same thing was ordered by a couple they were given a special tray and welcoming smiles. Mind you I had ordered a full meal and the couple had order a single burger among them to share. Also my fries were cold. When I inquired with the staff they said the couple had ordered their new offering and when I said I ordered the same they just said sorry and started laughing. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with McDonald's (first time I ordered a paneer wrap and they didn't put any paneer in it. It was a take out and I didn't want to go back to have it replaced). If I am going to be treated worst even after spending more than I am better off with your competitors atleast they would treat me better.
