Very un-hygenic service. Usually there's a north eastern girl who is very professional who I usually order from almost everyday. But yesterday 7Jan at around 12-1 pm, there was this guy who was pathetic is every sense. He didn't even know what the sub of the day was.There were flies everywhere, the veg compartment was next to a service door which was open in peak afternoon, the vegetables were soggy. upon asking him to toast the bread with cheese, the guy put the bread and cheese in microwave which made the bread soggy. he didn't even ask. I had to tell him to put vegetables from the non-veg counter since the veg counter had not one but 10-15 fruit flies sitting on vegetables, buzing in the whole area and he was shameful enough to not to anything about it. The sub was so horrible because of microwaved bread, i couldn't eat it and returned it in disgust. Food: 2 Service: 2 Service: Dine in

Easily one of the worse subway in Pune. They deliver pathetic subs via Zomato and Swiggy. In person as well they have pathetic quality. Quality has degraded a lot. Westend Subway is much much better option to go for nearby. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
