I recently visited this Subway at Panampilly Nagar and was quite disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and their attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. Simple requests were met with impatience, and I felt rushed through my order despite there not being a long line. Customer service is such an important part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
