Try speaking with the owner while you are making the order. Because he will let you know the efforts they put into every product and ingredients they are sourcing for their dishes. Even they are making their own bacon inhouse, surprisingly even so called five star restaurants in the town even try to fill their cold cuts section with store bought items.
