Sterling Yercaud is beautiful location on hilltop. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Room service is very prompt. Front desk Neha and Prashant are vey friendly. Pratap in discovery centre is very engaging in activities. Overall experience is wonderful.

Service and everything is upto the mark. Only problem in the resort is that there are too much stairs. I stayed at Sterling Yercaud for 2 days. Each and every staff is very nice and special thanks to Naresh for serving me and my friends so nicely.
