A 30year old resort situated at a best location possible in yercaud. Though the room (valley view) smells like old furniture , the view from room balcony is worth the stay. A big disappointment is the food. Stayed 2 days and choose all 6 meals in the resort which is a worst decision. The food options are limited and the taste is not worth the money. Update after a week: I just noticed through my dash cam, that my vehicle gave for valet parking was used for dropping the securities to a certain place before parking (alternate place located above the hotel). 15 min clip is recorded after i gave the vehicle for parking. luckily no visible damage in the car. i can share the clip if the management requests. Service: 3

Overall the resort is premium and luxurious, the resort is in a prime spot with the heavenly views... complimentary breakfast is amazing and an infinite number of dishes and a variety of tastes.... stay was real good with specious rooms.. Few issues that could be improved. 1. dinner we ordered was not to the mark and it was over priced. 2. Delay in service was a real pain... each time it takes min 30 min (let it be a coffee, water, tissue paper) 3. The challenge in climbing all those stairs/steps was a big pain... you step out of the room, you have only 2 options.. either climb down the steps or climb up the steps. 4. Confusion in reaching venues inside the resort... No sign boards to direct the customers to the restaurant/bar/play area etc... very minimal boards only near lift and lobby, but to reach the lift, we have to ask.... Service: 2

One of the best experience for the bachelor's as well as for the family.Execellent view from the hotel studio room with pleasant Green Forest view.And Specifically at night times we can have an complete view of the salem city.This sterling yercaud is build on the mountain.So the view is awesome from here.Food and housekeeping both are excellent.Worth for the money !!
