Staff are very courteous and good. Hotel is on hill top and need to climb 50-60 stairs. Will be a problem with kids and elders.No Balcony view in the rooms. Food was expensive and quality is average. Service: 5

Stayed at Sterling Legacy Shimla from 5 Jan to 8 Jan 2025. The property offers stunning valley views, clean and comfortable rooms, and very courteous staff. Food quality was good, and the peaceful location nearest to mall road lift made the stay truly relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

Go to this hotel only if u wanted to stay in Mall road. Otherwise if u r coming by cab, they will leave u at Government lift from there u need to go all the way too through lift. But it will be quite easy to roam around the Ridge and Mall road.
