Rooms are neat and clean. Service was awesome, they were just a call away. Special mention of the staff Sonu. Receptionist were very helpful and prompt Brijesh and Sunaina. Location was perfect as it was on Mall Road, however, the walk up and down to the hotel was a task as we were travelling with a toddler (Pro tip - Request for a coolie by calling the hotel who takes Rs. 150-200 and picks up the luggage from lift to the reception)

Excellent location and good service. Brijesh, Humesh & Nishu at front office are extremely helpful and courteous. This place exactly on the mall road. Breakfast can be improved in terms of service. Will highly recommend for stay in Shimla.
