Go to this hotel only if u wanted to stay in Mall road. Otherwise if u r coming by cab, they will leave u at Government lift from there u need to go all the way too through lift. But it will be quite easy to roam around the Ridge and Mall road.

Terrible experience with Sterling Shimla. Communication was extremely slow and unprofessional, with endless back-and-forth just to get simple clarity. The team showed zero cooperation or customer focus—everything felt rigid and money-driven. Definitely not worth the stress. This was my first and last booking with Sterling. Plenty of better hotels in Shimla that actually care about guests.
