Everything we ordered—from the appetizers to the main course—was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Their microbrewery is a total game-changer; the freshly brewed beer added a special touch to our evening. What really stood out was the entertainment—live music and DJ sets kept the energy high without being overwhelming. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, or just have a great time with friends or family. Absolutely horrifying experience at Pyramid, Shimla. Not only was the food substandard—bland, cold, and poorly presented—but what followed was beyond unacceptable. A disagreement escalated and shockingly, the staff physically assaulted my friend. This is not just bad service—this is criminal behavior. As customers, we expect respect, safety, and basic decency. What we experienced instead was violence and complete lack of professionalism. If you value your peace of mind, I strongly urge you to stay away from this place. I hope the relevant authorities take strict action. No one deserves to be treated like this at any establishment, let alone one that claims to be in the hospitality industry.
