While exploring Shimla, I struggled to find a good place to eat—it turned out to be much harder than expected. Just when I was about to give up, I came across Cafe Simla Times, and thankfully, it was absolutely worth it. The pasta was soft, creamy, and full of flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy—so good that it felt like stepping into “potato land”! The noodles were cooked just right and were delicious with every bite. The real stars of the meal were the honey chili chicken and the nachos—both were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. To complete the experience, the coffee and chai were equally tasty and comforting. The only downside was the pizza. It lacked flavor and didn’t quite match up to the standard of pizzas available elsewhere in India. A little more effort in seasoning and toppings would have made it much better. On the bright side, the service was impressively fast, and the live music added a wonderful vibe to the atmosphere, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, despite the minor pizza disappointment, it turned out to be a delightful find in Shimla and a place I would happily visit again.

Only positive point is location. Too pricey for value offered. Burger priced at 340 rs, that is not worth even 50 rs. Slow

and ill motivated staff. Choose it only if you have no other choice.
