I had a very disappointing delivery experience at Staple Bar and Bistro. I went there yesterday to pick up a Porter delivery. In my 5 years of delivery experience, this was one of the worst pickup locations I have encountered. One staff member named Mohit behaved very unprofessionally and spoke in a rude and aggressive manner. He was acting as if he owned the place. There was another man with him, but I do not know his name. I was unnecessarily made to wait and was mentally stressed for around 20 minutes without any valid reason. The staff appeared angry without provocation. This kind of behavior towards delivery partners is unacceptable and needs serious improvement. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
