To be very honest, this literally has no competition. The special varieties of dosa they have are a must eat kind of thing. Rare to find such variety of dosa in entire Delhi. Taste is amazing, good quality raw material used (you can sense it while eating), service is good. I have tried their onion uthpam, and 3 of the special variety dosas, and I want to try it all. I have never reviewed in this detail about any restaurant. I always prefer this place as my top priority whenever I want to eat South Indian. Thanks Carnatic cafe for such amazing quality Dosas. It's definitely my favorite go to place for south indian but I usually try to go to sunder nursery one! Their mahabalipuram dosa (the one with red podi masala on top of a thick dosa, soft inside and crispy outside with ghee) is a must. Super heavy but it's a replica of Rameshwaram (in Bangalore) which is my fav. We also loved their Paddu!! The drinks were sweet - thambu soda and another soda one (forgetting the name). Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food is good. Go for Akki Roti ( in picture) and thatte idli . Avoid Hibiscus ice tea its bitter and quantity is not good. Imp tip: when you pay the bill, they wont return the change until you ask them to. ( although bill already have 10% service charge included) this is wrong practice. I had clients with me from poland and they had bad impression about it. Management should look into it as cashier at back counter made face and said something wrong in low voice( he was wearing spectacles) Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
