Food quality at Spezia Bistro, Noida is good — no doubt. But the queue management and customer service are absolutely pathetic. Yesterday during my visit, when I asked why they don’t answer calls for reservations, the staff casually said “it’s rush time so we don’t take calls.” Then what’s the point of running a restaurant if you can’t even manage reservations when people actually want to come?To add to this, customers are made to fill their own details in some queue management app. I specifically mentioned in the “instructions” tab not to allot me a seat near the door. And guess what? They still made me sit at the door table. Shows how little they care about customer preferences.It’s clear they rely only on their food quality to pull crowds and have become arrogant about basic customer service and courtesy. If this is how they treat paying customers, I will think twice before visiting again. Definitely not the first time I’ve seen such carelessness here — and it seems they just don’t care.
