I recently dined at CheezO Cafe and was very disappointed with the service. While the ambiance and menu looked promising, the service was extremely slow. It took over an hour just to get our drinks, and even longer for our food to arrive. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like water refills and condiments.The staff seemed overwhelmed or disorganized, and there was little communication or apology for the delays. Unfortunately, the experience overshadowed the quality of the food, which might have been enjoyable under better circumstances.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service efficiency, as this kind of delay makes it hard to recommend the restaurant to others.
