Never booking this place again! Had an absolutely terrible experience at SKI Hotels & Resorts, Rishikesh. Firstly, the service is pathetic – the staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Rainwater was leaking into both the room and the washroom, and when we went to complain, we were treated very badly instead of being helped. The swimming pool is extremely unhygienic, definitely not maintained properly. As for the breakfast, it’s just a joke – barely anything is available, and nothing worth eating. There are so many better options in Rishikesh – avoid this place completely if you value cleanliness, hospitality, and basic comfort.
