They were kind. But the food was very spicy and I told them to not make it. There was no difference between the breads, laacha paratha was same then roti, no cheese in the “cheese” garlic naan. They didn’t give me what I ordered and the taste of the food was simply very bad. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Tasty Spoon Unplugged has quickly earned a reputation for its unique fusion of traditional Indian flavors with a contemporary twist. One of the standout dishes at this vibrant eatery is their Dal Makhani and Kadhai Paneer, two staples of Indian cuisine that are elevated to new heights here. The Dal Makhani is a perfect example of comforting, rich, and hearty flavors. The lentils are slow-cooked to a creamy consistency, infused with a delicate blend of spices, and finished with a touch of butter for that signature smoothness. The depth of flavor in the dal is impressive, neither too spicy nor too mild, offering the perfect balance that pairs beautifully with their soft, buttered naan. As for the Kadhai Paneer, it's a dish that truly sings. The paneer cubes are soft and fresh, sautéed with an array of vegetables and tossed in a fragrant, spiced gravy. The dish is cooked in a traditional kadhai (wok), which imparts a smoky depth to the flavors. The heat from the spices is noticeable but not overwhelming, with each bite delivering layers of flavor that are both satisfying and comforting. The dish is served with a generous sprinkling of fresh coriander and a side of roti, making it the perfect main course for vegetarians or anyone craving a rich, savory dish. Both dishes demonstrate the kitchen's commitment to authentic ingredients and balanced flavor profiles. The sauces are rich and flavorful without being overly oily, allowing the true essence of the spices to shine through. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great value for money. The ambiance at Tasty Spoon Unplugged remains casual and inviting, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that complements the high-quality food. The service is attentive, and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu, happy to offer recommendations or adjust spice levels to suit personal preferences. In terms of improvements, while the food is exceptional, the wait time can be a bit long during peak hours, so it’s worth planning ahead or making a reservation if possible. Overall, Tasty Spoon Unplugged is a fantastic choice for anyone craving flavorful, well-executed Indian cuisine in a contemporary setting. The Dal Makhani and Kadhai Paneer are standout dishes that showcase the restaurant’s skill in creating dishes that are both authentic and innovative. Whether you're a fan of traditional Indian food or looking to try something new, this spot is sure to satisfy your cravings.
