Had an amazing stay here in Goa! The rooms were spotless, room service was quick and efficient, and the staff was extremely courteous and well-coordinated. The food was definitely the highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious with great variety. A special thanks to Bhushan, for your wonderful hospitality and such lovely service throughout our stay. Excellent location. Rooms were good with beach facing. We stayed for one night, everything was good but at midnight at around 01am power supply to room went off and never returned made to relocate to another room at 2am. Horrible experience. AC was also inefficient. Service: 2

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Silent Waves Restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and unfortunately, the food quality was also below standard. What stood out the most, however, was the way customers were treated. It genuinely felt like there was a clear difference in behavior toward Indian guests compared to foreign tourists. The same staff member who was warm and attentive with foreigners came across as passive-aggressive and dismissive with us. That contrast was quite upsetting and left a lasting negative impression. Hospitality should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, regardless of where they come from. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving both service quality and customer treatment. Service: 1
