Absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Nadish and DK — they are honestly the best staff members I have ever met. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel so welcome throughout the visit. Their hospitality and positive attitude made our dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service. One of the most unique things about this spot is the sunset reflection. Because of the way the property is positioned, you get to witness the sun seemingly "touch the ground" and reflect across the sand and sea right in front of you. It is a visual experience I will never forget The Heart of Serena: The Team While the views are breathtaking, it’s the people who truly make this place special. Awesome staff! Very friendly and cooperative!! Planned to stay 2 days here but after visiting the site, we planned to stay 5 days! The location is perfect, view is perfect, management is perfect, staff is awesome! Must visit Agonda beach and stay at Serena by the Sea
