It was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had near the shacks. We tried only restaurant.The sunset view with light drinks and fries was beautiful, and the candlelight dinner later was so peaceful and special. We ordered tandoori paneer and chilli chicken, both were delicious. The vibes are calm and soothing, with dim lighting and no harsh music, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a serene candlelight dinner experience, this is a must-visit. Service: 5

We wanted to explore South Goa and were keen to stay right on or very close to the beach. Serena by the Sea was recommended by a local friend, and we decided to skip a typical resort stay and try a more authentic beach-shack experience. Manteesh was the first staff member we interacted with, and he was extremely helpful—especially with arranging car parking through the narrow lanes and getting us comfortably settled into our rooms. He truly stood out; when we mentioned my mother’s knee issue and requested a ground-floor room, he readily accommodated the change without hesitation. Initially, the narrow passageways leading to the rooms and restaurant made us a bit apprehensive, but the beautiful views from the room, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the overall amenities quickly put us at ease. We had all our meals at the property and had no complaints at all. Food does take a little time to arrive, but that’s understandable since everything is freshly prepared. Breakfast was included—though not a buffet—and offered via a menu selection. It was tasty, filling, and quite sumptuous. Manteesh, Rajpal, Krishna, and the rest of the staff were wonderful and made our stay truly pleasant. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to visit again. Service: 5
