Visited this place in May and one of the best pet friendly place to be. Must visit If you are looking for a place to chill without worrying about your pets. Meet Aseem and Vinny (the owners) and they will make sure your visit is unforgettable. Service: 5

Can't fault Serena by the Sea. There are a lot of resorts offering a similar experience in Agonda but Serena's is exceptional. All the usual boxes ticked - excellent food, lovely rooms, good cleanliness, great facilities, perfect location... But what makes the difference is that Asim, Vinnie and every single one of the team have created a very special culture and atmosphere. You don't feel like you are staying at a resort. You feel you have been warmly welcomed into an incredible community. Within a few days we felt we were part of something very special and this elevated the enjoyment of our stay beyond measure. Me and my partner stopped here for a quick lunch . We went to the washroom to wash our feet . I must say - I was a bit scared to try the food here because of how the washroom looked , but I’m glad we did . The food was full of flavour , arrived on time , the drinks tasted strong and yummy ( we both had a strawberry mojito ) . The service was not bad , but it was not great either . We came in around 3-4pm . All the staff seemed to be either quite tired or more interested in each other rather than the clients . We still got everything we needed but did have to try a bit harder to get their attention . Our tummies felt fine after this lunch . So all in all - very nice, chilled lunch, reasonable prices, fantastic views of the sea and alright service . I would deffo go back thx guys . Service: 2
