We apologise for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Your observations regarding the absence of hand towels and the air conditioning's performance have been noted. We are committed to enhancing our guest experience and will address these issues promptly. Regarding the open ceiling design of our washrooms, we aim to provide a unique and natural ambiance. However, we understand your concerns about privacy and will assess how we can improve this aspect without compromising the design intent. While our on-site restaurant is operated by a third party, we take your feedback seriously.
