The dining experience at Signature Multi-Cuisine Restaurant was average overall. We tried a variety of dishes, including Kingfish Biryani, Kothu Porotta, Chicken Fried Rice, and Kanthari Alfam. For starters, we ordered Momos, which were overpriced with limited quantity. While the food was okay, it fell short of expectations. The ambiance was good and clean, but the serving quality was average. Overall, the experience was passable, deserving a 3-star rating. Not quite up to the mark considering the hype.
