We recently dined at Signature Multi-Cuisine Restaurant at Thiruvalla and had an enjoyable experience overall. The food was quite good, with each dish offering its own unique flavors. We began with the Signature Seafood Soup, it was quite tasty. My parents opted for the thali meals, complemented by crispy prawn fry and well-seasoned beef fry, both of which they enjoyed. I went for the mixed noodles and honey garlic prawns, and both dishes were satisfying, with the prawns having just the right balance of sweetness and spice. For drinks, we chose fresh pineapple and watermelon juices, which were refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. We concluded our meal with a coffee, rounding off the dining experience. The restaurant’s ambience is excellent – clean, well-maintained, and with a pleasant atmosphere. Service was okay but could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, Signature Multi-Cuisine is a great spot for a quality meal, with good food and a welcoming environment.
